Diese Podcastfolge ist auf Englisch- ich freue mich sehr, dass ich meine eigene Komfortzone erweitert habe um dieses tiefe Gespräch zu führen.

Ich habe Saraswati Adi Kaur in meinen Poscast eingeladen. Als ich ihr beim Deutschen Kundalini Yoga Festival begegnet bin war es wie ein Treffen von einer sehr alten besonderen Verbindung zwischen unseren Seelen. Saraswati hat bei diesem KY Festival einen 3-tägigen Workshop gegeben zu verschiedenen Aspekten des Frau-Seins und mich hat ihre Art wie sie dieses so wichtige Wissen weitergibt tief berührt.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass Dich ihre Worte und ihre Gabe diese Worte zu transportieren auch tief berühren und etwas in Dir bewegen.

Wir sprechen unter anderem darüber:

• weshalb es jetzt umso wichtiger ist sich selbst als Frau auf allen Ebenen zu nähren und welche Impulse es dafür gibt
• was wir für die jetzige Zeit auch aus den Lehren des Sikh Darma, welches mit dem Kundalini Yoga verbunden ist, nutzen können
• was es braucht um in eine erfüllte Beziehung gehen zu können
• konkrete Impulse für eine eigene Innere Balance
• und so vieles mehr….
